What is the Fanball VIP Club?

Fanball VIP Club membership provides the ultimate fantasy sports experience and the opportunity to win more prize money, get free player changes, compete for the Club Cup Championship, receive special offers and recognition, and more. For more information, please visit http://vipclub.fanball.com.

What does it cost to become a member of the Fanball VIP Club?

Annual membership to the Fanball VIP Club is $75. Membership rates are subject to change, and membership fees are non-refundable.

Why do I have to activate my membership?

By activating your membership, you are confirming that you have received a copy of the Fanball VIP Club Terms and Conditions and that we have a valid email address on file for your account. We want to ensure that you understand the policies of the club and that you will receive the Fanball VIP Club newsletter and other special offers sent via email.

What is the Club Cup Championship and what does it cost?

As a Club member, you will automatically receive 1 entry in each of our free-to-enter games and the option to purchase the full roster change package at a 50% discount. Use your free-to-enter teams to compete for the $1000 Gold Cup (Best of 5 games), the $750 Silver Cup (Best of 4 games), or the $500 Bronze Cup (Best of 3 games). I usually play three teams in the free games. How are you going to determine which one gets counted for the Club Cup Championship?

When joining the Fanball VIP Club, we will automatically give you a team in each of the free-to-enter games with the option to purchase the full roster change package at a 50% discount. This team will be auto-entered by Fanball and you will receive an email to pick players and buy your discounted roster moves. This auto-entered team will be your Club Cup Championship team. Club members cannot change the team that will compete for the Club Cup Championship. If you typically play 3 teams and you are a Fanball VIP Club member, you would just enter 2 and the third will be auto-entered.

How do I check my teams and standings in the Club Cup Championship?

Go to www.fanball.com, login and click VIP CLUB. Go to MY CLUB, then click Best of 3, Best of 4, or Best of 5.

Are Club members entered into the same league of a fantasy game?

The normal league placement procedures apply to all entrants of a fantasy game, regardless of whether or not they are Fanball VIP Club members.

How do I win more league prize money?

Members of the Fanball VIP Club can submit up to 3 teams in each of the premium fantasy games to compete for increased league prizes.

How much can my league prize money increase?

Members of the Fanball VIP Club compete for 1.4 times the published league cash prizes in the premium fantasy games for up to 3 teams in each game.

How can I see which of my teams are competing for increased prizes?

Go to www.fanball.com, login and click VIP CLUB. Go to MY CLUB, then click INCREASED PRIZES.

Which games are considered the premium fantasy games?

For 2009, there are 12 eligible premium fantasy games: Sprint Cup Challenge • Circuit 1, Sprint Cup Challenge • Circuit 2, Diamond Challenge Fantasy Baseball, Diamond Challenge • 2nd Season, Fantasy Baseball 2009, Mid-Season Fantasy Baseball, Internet Challenge Fantasy Baseball, Football Challenge, Fantasy Football, Mid-Season Football Challenge, Fantasy Hockey, and Basketball Challenge.

What other special offers will Fanball VIP Club members receive?

Club members receive 1.5 times all FanPoints earned in the Fanball Rewards Program — a fantastic way to maximize your rewards! In addition, club members may choose to Buy 2 entries and Get 1 Free in the 10 eligible premium fantasy games (Sprint Cup Challenge • Circuit 1 and Sprint Cup Challenge • Circuit 2 are not eligible), and can access Live Standings for FREE for 7 fantasy baseball games and 6 fantasy football games. Club members also receive a 20% discount off all Fanball League Manager and Commissioner services and all content products such as Draft Kits and Owner's Edge subscriptions.

How do I get my 50% discount off of my roster changes?

As a Club member, you will automatically receive 1 entry in up to 5 of our free-to-enter games. When you purchase the maximum number of roster changes for these Club teams, a 50% discount automatically will be applied. Note that you must purchase the maximum number of roster changes in order to redeem this discount. If you purchase 20 changes now and 100 changes later, there will be no discount and you will have to pay full price.

How do I get my 20% discount off of my League Manager and Commissioner services and for content products?

As a Club member, when you register for the Commissioner service and/or purchase a content product, a 20% discount automatically will be applied. Note that the 20% discount does not apply to any shipping and handling fees associated with your content product purchase (i.e., when buying magazines).

Are there any restrictions?

Members must be an active, paid club member during the entire contest period to be eligible for increased prizes or Club Cup Championship prizes. Members must be an active, paid club member during the entire promotion, contest, or other specified period to be eligible for increased FanPoints. Limit 1 Club Cup prize per year per member and/or email address. Fanball VIP Club discounts cannot be combined with other discounts; in particular, the "Buy 2 Teams, Get 1 Free" offer cannot be combined with a Hall of Fame discount.
