Registration
To register your membership to the Fanball VIP Club, you must complete the registration forms available at http://vipclub.fanball.com. All club memberships must be paid by credit card using MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover, and must include a valid email address. To activate your membership, you must reply to the email confirmation that is sent to you at the completion of your registration.
Billing Policy
For credit card payments, the name Fanball or CDM Fantasy Sports or FUN Technologies will appear on your credit card statement for all charges related to the Fanball VIP Club. Your credit card will be billed at the time of registration and each year thereafter on the 1st of the month following the month of your initial registration. Fanball reserves the right to suspend club privileges for accounts that are not paid in full; this suspension includes disqualification from the Club Cup Championship competition and forfeiture of the 1.5 times FanPoints and 1.4 times league cash prize benefits. Delinquent accounts will be subject to 1.5% (18% annual) interest charges as well as any and all third-party collection fees. Collection procedures could involve nationwide credit reporting and listing and possible legal proceedings. Membership rates are subject to change without notice.

Membership Termination
To terminate your membership, you must cancel it via the Fanball VIP Club website. Previously paid membership fees, however, are non-refundable.
