Mike Muscala, Nerlens Noel Combine For 24 Points At Center

The duo of Oklahoma City Thunder centers Mike Muscala and Nerlens Noel stepped in for the injured Steven Adams during Fridays win over the Atlanta Hawks and combined to collect 24 points on 10-for-12 shooting. Muscala finished with 14 points, knocking down four threes, while Noel had 10 points and snatched eight rebounds. Noel drew the start and saw slightly more time on the floor (25 minutes) than that of Muscala (20). With the Thunder back in action Saturday, DFS players will want to monitor the status of Adams, as either Oklahoma City big man could be a high upside play should he remain out against Minnesota.

Daniel Theis Ties Season High With 16 Points In Win

Boston Celtics center Daniel Theis had an unimpeded role as the teams primary center for Fridays victory over the Orlando Magic, collecting a season-high-tying 16 points across his season-high 32 minutes with Enes Kanter sidelined. Theis tied his season high with 12 shot attempts, with seven going through the hoop, as he also added six rebounds and four assists. While he did see an uptick in offensive usage with both Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown out as well, should Kanter continue to miss time, Theis would continue to be in line for a large frontcourt role.
