Nikola Jokic Scores 27 Points With Four Steals

Denver Nuggets power forward/center Nikola Jokic dominated on both ends on Friday as he scored 27 points with a bunch of extras in the 113-106 win over the Pelicans on the road. Jokic scored his points on 9-for-20 shooting from the floor which included a make from three while adding 12 boards, seven assists with a block and four steals. Jokic has been just awesome as of late for his banged-up club and even when the Nuggets get back to full health, we can see Jokic continue to be a top-10 player the rest of the way.

Derrick Rose Posts Best Scoring Streak Of His Career

Detroit Pistons point guard Derrick Rose led the team with 22 points in Friday's 125-112 loss to Memphis, shooting 10-for-21 from the field. It's his 11th straight game with at least 20 points, which marks the longest such streak of Rose's career. The former MVP also had eight assists and one steal, playing alongside Reggie Jackson, who logged 23 minutes in his second game back from injury and had 14 points with six assists, three rebounds, and two steals. Both have a pair of dream matchups coming up now against the Nets and Cavs. Brooklyn are by far the worst defensive team in the league against point guards.

Jerami Grant Plays Well Again In 37 Minutes Of Action

Denver Nuggets forward Jerami Grant continued to provide excellent numbers as a starter for the Nuggets with Paul Millsap (knee) on the shelf in the win over the Pelicans on Friday. Grant once again filled up the box score with 14 points, nine rebounds, five assists with a steal and a block. Although, he did struggle a bit from the floor making just five of 14 of his shot attempts. Grant was a fantasy stud last season as a starter in Oklahoma City and should be continued to be owned everywhere until some more bodies return to full health in Denver.
