Jackson returns to practice
Lamar Jackson only missed one day with his stomach bug. We will be unlikely to know who will be starting for the Ravens until close to game time. Jackson might post the most fantasy upside… but it’s no lock he’ll start. Flacco may still start even without practicing.
Green out again
AJ Green has been ruled out again for this week. John Ross is questionable and Josh Malone is already ruled out as well. It’s possible Dalton will be throwing to Tyler Boyd and Alex Erickson. Ross has practiced despite the questionable tag, so he might be an interesting dart throw.
Jones not practicing
Marvin Jones isn’t practicing yet this week. He’s looking unlikely to play at this point. Kenny Golladay had 10 targets after Jones left last week and will be targeted heavily. Theo Riddick could also see a big boost as he played pseudo slot receiver with Golden Tate gone from the team and Jones out.
Jackson misses practice
Lamar Jackson missed practice today due to illness. Joe Flacco also missed practice. This puts even more doubt on who will start for the Ravens this week. Jackson will have put in 2 practices and Flacco none. Will they be trusted to run the offense or will RGIII start for the first time since 2016?
According to Andy Reid, Watkins will practice today which means good news for his availability Monday Night. He is still a bit of a risk considering the you will have to decide well before we have full clarity, but he has high upside in a shootout with the Rams.
If you couldn’t tell by his 70 yard, fastest in the NFL, run before the bye… Cook is reportedly 100% and will not be limited in any way, shape, or form this week. He could be a league winner if you bought him low while he was injured.
James Conner Practices In Full
While this does not officially mean he has cleared the concussion protocol, it is a good sign for his availability Sunday and hopefully an indication there are no lingering concerns. While still a formidable defense, the Jaguars are not the stay-away group they were a year ago. Conner can safely be locked in as a RB1 when and if he is cleared.
Carson named starter
Chris Carson has been named starter for Thursday night’s contest against the Packers. Both Rashaad Penny and Mike Davis looked good last week, but Carson maintains the starting role. They might split more than in earlier games this season.
Cobb out Week 11
Randall Cobb won’t even make the trip to Seattle this week and will be out for Week 11. Keep starting your MVS shares… heck, even if Cobb was healthy MVS is a solid weekly flex play.
Diggs to play this week
Stephon Diggs has told reporters he plans to play this week against the Bears. This is great for Diggs, Thielen, and really the entire Vikings offense.
Bell doesn’t report
Le’Veon Bel did not report today and is now ineligible to play for the rest of the season. He can now be dropped in redraft leagues. Best of luck landing a big deal this offseason should the Steelers not franchise him again (which would be $25 million next year).
Carson will play Thursday
Things Pete Carroll has said in the last 48 hours ‘with Carson out Davis will be the lead back’ (Rashad Penny out carries him 12-11 on his way to a big day) ‘today he busted out, he looked like the player we drafted’ (speaking of a Penny and comforting all the owners that waited patiently), ‘Carson will play on Thursday’ he emphasized all three can get the ball frequently. Who are you comfortable playing?
